JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Housekeeper in day-to-day housekeeping issues
  • Supervise the implementation of all housekeeping related standards and procedures
  • Conduct departmental training and perform administrative work
  • Monitor and supervise Room Attendants’ work
  • Responsible for room allocations, room inspection and prioritize arrival rooms
  • Handle hotel guest telephone request
  • Check VIP rooms where special treatment should be given
  • Offer the personalize service to the VIP guests
  • Liaise with Front Office and Engineering Department for guest and hotel requirements

 

REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum 2 years’ working experience in supervisory level in hotel housekeeping
  • With service spirit and willing to go for the extra mile
  • Detail-oriented and well organized
  • Presentable, outgoing with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiar with usual hotel systems and software
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet all guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner

Valet Driver

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive guest to and from designated destinations such as Hong Kong International Airport by our hotel vechicles
  • Assist guests and patrons of the hotel with safely parking and retrieving of their vehicles in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Ensure the hotel vehicles’ cleaniness and tidiness

Captain / Waiter / Runner (5 day-work week)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Assistant/Restaurant Manager to run the daily operations of the Restaurant
  • Ensure first class service and food & beverage offerings to in room guests to maximize outlet profits and guest satisfaction
  • Greets guest at the table promptly and informs them of specials and promotional menu, makes suggestions and answers questions regarding food, beverages and service
  • Takes orders from guests and relays the order to kitchen staff and bartender as appropriate

  • Attend and contribute to all staff meetings, briefings, training sessions and any related activities

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Hotel school graduate or equivalent, preferably with a specialization in Restaurant
  • Basic knowledge all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for coordinating, planning and leading computer-related activities in the hotel.

Accountant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Direct report to the Financial Controller.
  • Supervise the accounts payable, accounts receivable, accounts cashier and income audit section.
  • Ensure the accuracy of fixed assets, stocks, accounts payable, prepayment and accrual records.
  • Monitoring of the “Fixed Asset Register” and computation of monthly depreciation.
  • F&B Costing Computation.
  • Handling of Inter-company balance reconciliation.
  • Preparation of accurate financial statements and management reports to management.
  • Distribution of monthly management reports to respective Department Heads.
  • Custody of the hotel maintenance register, monthly review of all maintenance contracts to be expired and remind and follow up with respective departments on renewal matters.
  • Monthly preparation of assigned ledger accounts breakdown.
  • Yearly budget preparation.
  • Maintenance of the General Ledger and Chart of Accounts (Add/Delete/Amend Account Codes and Analysis Codes).

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or above.
  • Previous work experience in hotel is an advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in computer knowledge e.g. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
  • Familiar with Opera Property Management System (PMS) operations is preferred.
  • Previous experiences in Procurement and Inventory System, Fixed Asset Register System and F&B Point of Sales System are preferred.
  • Good numerical sense and ability to compile facts and figures.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Attention to details.
  • Able to work under pressure.
