– The credit card used at the time of booking must be presented during check-in.

– Rates are subject to 10% service charge.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation or amendment must be reached hotel 48 hours prior to arrival. Otherwise, a penalty charge equivalent to the first night room charge plus 10% service charge will be applied to the given credit card. Same policy applied to no show booking.
Deposit Policy
Credit card authorization code of one night room rental plus 10% service charge will be obtained for guarantee purpose. The same credit card is required to present upon check-in at hotel.
