Things to note:
– Guests are not allowed to leave the room during the self-quarantine period.
– There will be limited contact between guests and hotel staff throughout the quarantine period.
– Housekeeping services will not be available during the quarantine period. Fresh linens, sheets and cleaning supplies will be provided and placed inside your room prior to arrival.
– Food and beverage service, amenities and other requested items will be provided and placed outside the room. Meals will be served at predetermined times.
– Outside food deliveries and necessities brought by relatives or friends must be dropped off at the Concierge desk and will be subsequently sent to guestrooms.
– Guests need to advise the hotel of any dietary requirements and/or allergies prior to arrival.
– Guests are welcome to order off a special in-room dining menu in addition to the meal plan. Guests can also order food delivery from other platforms.

– The rental of PlayStation 5 (PS5) and Nintendo Switch are at a supplement cost and subject to availability.
– Complimentary rental of Yoga Mat, Cross-training Resistance Band, HDMI Cable and Blu-ray DVD Player are subject to availability.
– Laundry service is not available.
– Logitech Bluetooth Speaker – UE BOOM 3 set-up is only available in Harbour Suite.
– All guests must present valid COVID-19 negative test result documents according to the HKSAR Government directives upon check-in.
– Guests aged 16-18 years shall be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Any exceptions to this must be applied through the Centre of Health Protection (CHP) and a signed letter from a parent or legal guardian must be presented prior to check-in.
– A minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights is required for all guests.
– Breakfast, lunch and dinner must be consumed on the day and cannot be carried forward. Any unused portion of the credit cannot be used for any other service or exchanged for cash.
– Credit card prepayment for the full duration of the stay is required at the time of booking.
– Bookings cannot be cancelled but we do allow free amendment and travel date must be by 31 October 2022, subject to room availability.
– Full penalty charge (whole period of quarantine stay package) will be forfeited and is non-refundable, non-transferrable for any cancellations.
– The credit card used at the time of booking must be presented during check-in.
– Full refund for any adjustment or cancellation necessitated by changes in Government requirements as announced by the Government (e.g. the shortening or lengthening of quarantine period or medical surveillance period) provided that the proposed adjustment or cancellation initiated by the Quarantine Guest is within 30 days from the issue date of the Government announcement.
– All guestrooms are strictly non-smoking.
– Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge.
– Rates are subject to availability and are not applicable to group bookings.
– The strictly necessary booking information (including booking confirmation number, name of all guests for the booking, check-in and check-out dates) will be shared with relevant Government departments for the purpose of enhancing relevant inbound prevention and control measures and to provide a better user experience for travellers.
– One-Eight-One Hotel & Serviced Residences reserves final discretion in case of any dispute.
