Terms & Conditions:

– Bookings must be made a minimum of 7 days in advance
– Laundry and drying services are available for free and self-service.
– 20% discount at THE PRAYA (exclusively for in house guest, except breakfast and set menu)
– Rates are non-commissionable and subject to a 10% service charge.
– Full prepayment is required when the time of making reservation
– Modifications or cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking are non-refundable.
– Cancelling your reservation of your arrival or failing to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled arrival date will result in a charge for the entire stay plus 10% service charge per room to the credit card provided. Same policy with any amendment and no show booking.
– This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
– Should there be any disputes arise, One-Eight-One Hotel & Serviced Residences reserves the right of final decision.
