Housekeeping Coordinator


  • Ensure receiving and forwarding of all information pertaining to the department in order to maintain set standards and achieve guest satisfaction
  • Receive, record and distribute various reports
  • Receive, record and transmit guest request accurately
  • Enter accurate room status into computer daily and investigate discrepancies
  • Provide administrative support to the department
  • Attend meetings and training sessions as required
  • To be multi-skilled as a Room Attendant as well as other areas of the department
  • Adhere to the hotel and department’s standard and procedures



  • Minimum 1 year working experience in housekeeping or other related hotel operations
  • Experience in handling guest phone calls and requests
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in computer knowledge e.g. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Shift duty is required
