Concierge Assistant / Officer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure smooth operations of concierge service and maximize guest satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience gained in hospitality industry.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua.
• Pleasant and outgoing personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent and able to work under pressure.
• Shift duty is required

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Concierge Officer.

Fresh graduates will also be considered.
