Security Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Overall in-charge of security team and hotel security issues
• Design and implement general, VIP and emergency security protocols as well as contingency plans
• Maintain close relationship with authorities and emergency services
• Maintain, source and provide advice on security equipment
• Act as Chief Safety Officer in case of emergency situations and organize appropriate drills and trainings
• Resolve/record all security issues and advise management as appropriate
• Ensure safety of guests and staff and preservation of assets

 

REQUIREMENTS

• With minimum 5 years’ hotel security and/or law enforcement experience
• Possess good working knowledge of applicable laws and security practices / crisis management
• With passionate in work, proactive, detail-oriented and forward-thinking
• Able to work under pressure and maintain discipline with leadership
