Guest Relations Manager (F&B)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists the Restaurant Manager in organizing the staff of Restaurant to ensure first class service and food & beverage offerings to guest & maximize seating occupancy, outlet profits and guest satisfaction
- Responsible for service flow monitoring, customer service, CRM, complaints handling and problem-solving
- Manage all the communications channels for the reservations and enquiry
- Handle the booking and take care of all the details for the private events
- Assist to design and edit the menu
- Assist to maintain and develop the reservation system
- Develop and maintain in coordination with the reception team a guest database, ensuring all guest details and preferences are up to date, increase customer engagement and loyalty to the brand
- Lead the reception team to provide effective and satisfying services to the guests
- Evaluating levels of Guest satisfaction and monitoring trends, with a focus on continuous improvement
REQUIREMENT
- Diploma holder or above in Hospitality industry or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in F&B with at least 2 years’ experience in supervisory level
- Proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua/ other foreign language would be an advantage
- Conversant with MS Office applications
- People and customer-oriented, be a motivator, self-starter and team builder
- Displays initiative and creativity, commits to professional values and able to take responsibility for his/her own action
- Strong history with industry customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good problem solving and crisis management skills. Flexibility in dealing with onsite or guest’s last-minute demands and when instilling a “Can-do” attitude
- A strong team leader, able to build successful relationships with the staff, management team and the supporting teams
