  • Assist the Head Chef / Senior Sous Chefs in preparing and producing all food items
  • Produce consistent menu items with high quality based on recipes
  • Carry out miscellaneous duties in the kitchen
  • Ensure overall hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen area


  • With 3 years experiences in hotel kitchen operations
  • Diploma in Culinary or related fields
  • Responsible and be a good team player
  • Less experience will be considered as Demi Chef
