Chef de Partie / Demi Chef
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Head Chef / Senior Sous Chefs in preparing and producing all food items
- Produce consistent menu items with high quality based on recipes
- Carry out miscellaneous duties in the kitchen
- Ensure overall hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen area
REQUIREMENTS
- With 3 years experiences in hotel kitchen operations
- Diploma in Culinary or related fields
- Responsible and be a good team player
- Less experience will be considered as Demi Chef
