Beverage Manager (Pre-opening Team)


  1. Managing daily beverage operations
  2. Designing delicious and attractive beverage menus and continuously making improvements
  3. Forecasting, planning, sourcing, and ordering beverage supplies. Adhering to beverage budgets and forecasting
  4. Building positive relationships with food and beverage vendors
  5. Maintaining positive customer relationships, process complaints, and responding to customer needs
  6. Assisting with marketing events
  7. Creating and enforcing restaurant polices, targets, and KPIs
  8. With extensive knowledge in cocktails and wines
  9. Responding to complaints and take ownership of situations and help to resolve them or direct them to the appropriate personnel
  10. Demonstrating a high grooming standard and be amiable
  11. Maintaining good teamwork relationship with all dining room personnel and help others as needed
  12. Adhere to all the various company, and departmental written standards of operations, policies and procedures, manuals, memos, oral instructions, etc.
  13. Responsible for attendance at all service training meetings as requested
  14. Maintaining good conduct and safe working habits while in all areas of the outlet and assure that others are acting safely
  15. Perform any other related duties as and when assigned by manager


  1. 4 years’ relevant experience with 2 years in similar capacity of a high-profile venue
  2. Goof communication skills in both English and Cantonese
  3. Good people skills & customer service skills
  4. Understanding of restaurant etiquette
  5. Patient and friendly with problem solving skills
  6. With knowledge and experience in using procurement systems
